Mark has over 25 years’ experience within the commercial property sector in the Thames Valley, London and more widely within the UK. He is a pro-active resourceful professional with proven success who is energetic, dynamic, thinks outside the box and who enjoys new challenges. Mark heads up our Commercial Property Services Division specialising in all aspects of Commercial property with a broad spectrum of clients overseeing a team providing Agency, Development, Management and Surveying services. Away from the office he enjoys spending time with his family and having been keen a rugby player for London Irish RFC and Windsor RFC, he finally saw the light and retired from playing a few years ago! He is now the head coach for Windsor RFC Under 9’s.

John started in Windsor in 1999 and over 30 years of agency experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property including office, retail and industrial instructions.
John is a member of Henley Golf Course where he was a member when at secondary school.He also likes moaning about the number of potholes on our roads and irritating cyclists. John also spends his time driving his daughter to where ever she needs to go!
Guy Barlow is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 10 years experience within the commercial and residential property sector having worked for a number of years with leading UK Commercial building consultancies in London and more recently for local practices within the Thames Valley and Hertfordshire area, dealing with residential, commercial property and social housing. Guy has a range of experience dealing with Building and pre-acquisitions surveys, Contract Administration and Project Management, Defect Diagnosis and professional work including Dilapidations and Party wall matters as well as Reinstatement Costs Assessments and acting as Principle Designer for construction work. He is a proactive, diligent and engaging professional who’s primary focus is on client satisfaction and delivery of service. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his young family. Interests include a multitude of sports from Tennis, swimming, cycling and Triathlon and as well as general interests in food and drink and travel.
Over the last six years Josh has recently been concentrating on managing residential property, specifically lettings and block management. He is currently studying a BSc (Hons) Building Surveying course with the University College of Estate Management, his expected graduation date is February 2020. Josh has recently transferred across in to Deriaz Campsie to manage the commercial portfolio and assisting with professional work, such as; rent reviews, lease extensions, dilapidations, defect analysis and contract administration. Once an international gymnast, but retired due to an injury, Josh enjoys reading, particularly Bernard Cornwell and the Sharpe series, maritime history and gardening.
Paul acts as a consultant in the newly formed Deriaz Campsie practice having worked in the Marlow area since 1985 and has since built relationships with many local and international companies, establishing the respect of developers and investors across the commercial property spectrum. He is a true property professional whose breadth of experience, expertise and local area knowledge is unrivalled. Paul’s dual qualifications as both a chartered surveyor and chartered town planner, make him invaluable to anyone seeking to succeed in commercial property in the Thames Valley and beyond. Out of the office he is an aspiring golfer, cyclist and football pundit!

Mary joined Campsie Commercial in 2015 having worked in the NHS, financial, architectural and Government security sectors. Mary has a wealth of knowledge in administration gained within these sectors. Moving roles into the commercial sector as our team Administrator which presents new challenges for the future. Mary’s diverse interests outside of the office includes travel with her favourite location being the Caribbean where she enjoys sipping long slow rums, reading and is a keen horticulturist.
